Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MindMap AI mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by us ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. General Use and AI Features

MindMap AI provides tools for mind mapping and organization, including features powered by Artificial Intelligence ("AI"). By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

AI Accuracy: The AI features are powered by third-party models (e.g., Google Gemini). Responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. You should verify any AI-generated content before relying on it.
No Professional Advice: The App is not intended to provide professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
Usage Limits: We reserve the right to limit the amount of AI usage per user (e.g., daily limits) to ensure fair usage for everyone.

2. User Accounts

Registration: You may use the Service as a guest or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for safeguarding the password (or Google account credentials) that you use to access the Service.
Guest Accounts: If you use the Service as a guest, your data is stored locally or temporarily. If you uninstall the App, clear your browser cache, or clear your data, your guest content may be permanently lost. We highly recommend linking a Google Account to back up your projects.
Termination: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro Membership" or "Premium").

Mobile Subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased via the Mobile App (Google Play / App Store) are managed by the respective store. Payment will be charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
Web Subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased via the Website are processed by Gumroad or similar payment processors.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your mobile subscriptions via your device settings. Web subscriptions can be managed via the email link provided by Gumroad.

4. Content and Conduct

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to use the Service to generate or share content that is:

Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
Designed to bypass or violate the safety filters of our AI models.
Spam, machine-generated, or randomly generated, constituting unauthorized or unsolicited advertising.

We reserve the right to ban users who violate these policies.

5. Ads and Third-Party Links

The Service may contain advertisements provided by third parties (e.g., Google AdMob). If you use the free version of the Service, you agree to the display of these advertisements. The Service may also contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MindMap AI and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MindMap AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
