• User Content: We store the mind maps, notes, and other content you create within the App. This data is stored securely on Google Cloud (Firebase).
• AI Inputs: Text prompts or files you submit for AI generation are processed to provide the service.

b. Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: We may collect information about your device, such as model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• Usage Data: We collect anonymous data about how you interact with the App (e.g., features used, session duration) to improve user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App.
• Sync your projects across multiple devices.
• Process your subscription payments and managing Pro access.
• Process AI requests using third-party providers.
• Show personalized or non-personalized advertisements.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with trusted third-party service providers to facilitate our Service:

• Google Firebase: For authentication, database storage, analytics, and crash reporting.
• Google Vertex AI (Gemini): To process your text and generate mind maps. Your prompts are processed by Google's API.
• RevenueCat: To manage in-app subscriptions and purchase history.
• Gumroad: To process web-based payments and subscriptions.
• Google AdMob: To display advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers to show relevant ads.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data directly within the App settings ("Delete Account" option).

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data via the web, please contact us at mindmapappp@gmail.com. We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days.

5. Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
